Supreme Court Publishes 2023 Oral Argument Calendar

The Supreme Court of California has published its Oral Argument Calendar for next year.

The court this fall will consider whether to continue oral argument in a hybrid format, which allows participants to appear in person or with remote technology upon request. The calendar also includes dates for the court's weekly conferences and court holidays for 2023.
