California Supreme Court to Hold October 7 Oral Argument in San Francisco

The California Supreme Court has announced that, due to unforeseen circumstances, its October 7, 2026 oral argument calendar, previously scheduled for hearing as a special outreach session in Redding, will instead be heard in its San Francisco courtroom. The court regrets that it is unable to visit Redding at this time, and it plans on conducting a special outreach session in Redding in a future court year.

The oral argument calendar will remain as previously set by the court.

Oral argument will be livestreamed on the Judicial Branch website, supreme.courts.ca.gov and on the California Courts Newsroom, newsroom.courts.ca.gov.
